Commission status: OPEN

Therefore, if you want to order something from me, the first thing you have to take into account is the “Commission Status”. If it is “Closed”, my list is full and NO more commissions will be accepted. You must wait until the status changes to “Open”.If the status is “Open” you can proceed to order any of the commissions I have for sale.I do not take commissions of any kind as long as my list is full, but you can upgrade as long as it pays extra. You can follow status changes both on this site and on my X or Trello account where I will notify about any changes. You can also contact me through X for any questions.I suppose that you have already consulted examples of my work and carefully read the “Terms of Service”. If all that seems fine to you, you can order any of the open commissions in my Vgen.

When you have already sent your application you must wait for me to review it and that you have everything requested in the form (You must be patient and wait for me to accept the order). When you pass the first phase I will send you the payment proposal which you will have to accept.It will take a week to accept the first call, the second week without accepting the proposal your order will be canceled automatically.You can check where you are in the process on my Trello

Ordering process
✧ After I accept the order and you have paid you will have to wait for your turn.
I will not contact you until it is your turn, so please be patient and do not pressure me or I will cancel your order even if you have paid.✧ When it is your turn I will start working on your order and send you what would be the result for your approval, if it needs a change or something is missing I will implement it and resend it until it is to your liking. After the result is approved I will send you the drive with everything you need, you are obligated to download everything within one month.✧ Notice: You are responsible to keep all communication network open, and be aware when I send you a solution message, you will be given 1 week to accept the contact, if not I will cancel your order but I will still hide the result of the commission.

By commissioning, you agree to the following terms of service and conditions.

✦ The artist has the right to reject the commission.
✦ Do not track/copy/steal/resell my work, never claim my work as yours
✦ My work is not permitted for anything related to NFTs, cryptocurrencies or AI.
✦ I don't draw in any other styles than my current one. Please, check out examples of my recent works before commission. You can find it on my Twitter or portfolio.
✦ Don't use my artworks for AI/NFT purposes.
✦ I don't sign any contracts provided by clients, I only work in accordance with my Terms of Service, which the client agrees to by filling out my commission forms.PAYMENTS:
✦100% of the purchase will be credited.
✦ PayPal fees already included.
✦ No refunds of any kind, think carefully if you want to order from me knowing this point.
✦ I will not start with your order until the money is delivered (in case of money withholding).
✦ You will have 2 weeks to accept the payment proposal, if you do not respond to the second call and let the 2 weeks be completed I will consider your order cancelled.
✦ If you do not respond during the ordering process within 7 days and have not notified me in advance, I reserve the right to cancel your order without a refund (important: please make sure the social media platform you chose as your communication channel remains active so I can contact you). If you wish to resume the project, you will be required to pay a 50% surcharge on the original price, and your order will be moved to the end of the waiting list.
If you request a refund via PayPal, you will be blacklisted, and I will no longer work with you.PROCESS:
✦ Once payment is received, you will become part of my list so you will have to wait for your turn.
✦ I will not have contact with you about updates unless you are starting with your commission, need more information or it is time for revisions.

✦ Please don't be in a hurry, the delivery time varies and you will only make me feel pressured, unable to work efficiently on the order.TIME FRAME:
✦ Regular waiting time depends on your place in the queue.
✦ I can only give you an approximate arrival time of your order.
✦ If you want your order to be prioritized, you have to pay a rush fee of 50% of the order price.
✦ If for personal or technical reasons I cannot advance your commission in time, you will be informed as soon as possible so postpone the commission for a few days.RIGTHS AND LINCENSES:
✦ All commissioned works intended only for personal non-commercial use.
✦ You do not need to have commercial rights to use emotes on Twitch, Discord etc., as this is their direct purpose and is not considered a sale.
✦ You have no rights to use commissioned works for your profit (merchandise or resale) without my permission. Please, reach out to me if you would like.
✦ Any use of the models in an inappropriate way is forbidden, these cannot be resold.
✦ To use commissioned artworks commercially, you need to pay extra 100% to amount price of commission for Commercial License.
✦ You or the artists you commission have no rights to edit my work (animation is also editing). If you would like to edit something (change clothes, colours, animate etc.), you need to commission me again for edits.
✦ Client can post their commission on their galleries and social media, however there must be visible credit using my Twitter account. "@KovuPlus "
✦ Client's art will only be used as examples on my personal sites (if you do not want me to publish your commission, please let me know).
